The machine is used for production of inner tube with rubber base tube valve, also can be used for motorcycle inner tube production. The cooling line is applied for cooling, blowing off, printing, hole punching, valve pitting, soap stoning, length limited cutting after tube being extruded. The operation is fully automatic, with PLC control and adjusting for saving labor ,for high efficiency producing and less defective rate. The whole ling is a linked driving with inverter control, that the speed can be adjusted freely.
